Transcendental Meditation® Adelaide

I am so grateful for this meditation technique. I had depressive symptoms and anxiety for many, many years so I thought I didn't have anything to lose by learning TM.. I have been pleasantly surprised. This meditation technique gives me such deep relaxation and the ability to handle stress much more effectively. My confidence has grown by making this investment in my health and well-being....and I have this tool for the rest of my life.
